For mobile work choose the light ÜLKA Handy. For a salon desk the dual-fan ÜLKA Nano is our most popular tabletop model. If you want a completely free table, choose a built-in model — Tornado or Aero Prime Built-in. Write to us and we will help you choose.
How often should I change the filter?+
Shake it out after every third client and replace it about every three months. Sets of 3, 5 or 10 filters save up to 31%.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?+
From our EU warehouse in Poland. Orders leave within 1–2 business days; delivery to Austria and Hungary usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch.
Do prices include VAT?+
Yes, all prices include VAT. Businesses receive an invoice with VAT shown separately.
Which payment methods can I use?+
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe when available, and bank transfer (prepayment).
Can I return a product?+
Yes — consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See Returns & withdrawal for details.
Are these original ÜLKA products?+
Yes. ÜLKA Direct is the manufacturer's own store — every product comes with the full manufacturer warranty.
