As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (SIA "ULKA", Ozolciema iela 12 k-2 - 118, LV-1058 Rīga, Latvia, info@ulka-global.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, e.g. a letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
You can also withdraw online with the “Withdraw from contract here” button at the bottom of every page. We confirm receipt by email straight away, with the date and time.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. opened sterilization pouches or manicure sticks), and does not apply to business customers.
