What data we process and why

• Orders: name, address, email, phone, order contents and payment status — to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Contact form and back-in-stock requests: name, email, message — to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Newsletter: email address — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Server logs: IP address, time and page requested — to operate and protect the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), deleted after 14 days.

Recipients

We share data only as far as necessary: with the courier (name, address, phone) for delivery, with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. for card payments, with our hosting and email providers as processors, and with tax advisers and authorities where required by law.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart, wishlist and preferred country are stored in your browser's local storage, and a cookie remembers your language. These are technically necessary and contain no personal data.

Storage period

Order data is kept for the statutory retention period (up to 7 years for accounting records). Contact requests are deleted when no longer needed; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@ulka-global.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at) or the Hungarian NAIH (naih.hu).
