Terms & conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the ÜLKA Direct online store by consumers and businesses. The seller is SIA "ULKA", Ozolciema iela 12 k-2 - 118, LV-1058 Rīga, Latvia ("we").
2. Conclusion of contract
Product presentations in the shop are not binding offers. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest by shipping the goods. The contract language is English, German or Hungarian, depending on the language you use.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT; shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. You can pay by card via our payment provider Stripe (if offered) or by bank transfer in advance. For bank transfer, please pay within 7 days; otherwise we may cancel the order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on the shipping page. Delivery times are stated on the product and shipping pages. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we inform you immediately and refund any payment already made.
5. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, described on the Returns & withdrawal page.
7. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, ÜLKA provides a manufacturer warranty as described on the Warranty page. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
8. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us first at info@ulka-global.com — we will find a solution.
9. Applicable law
The law of the seller's registered office applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence.
