Statutory warranty
You are entitled to the statutory warranty for defects (2 years for consumers in the EU) regardless of the manufacturer warranty.
ÜLKA manufacturer warranty
- Premium 2.0, Nano and Tornado dust collectors: 5 years
- Jupiter sterilizers and FLOW e-file: 24 months
- Other equipment: as stated on the product page
The manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal professional use. It does not cover wear parts such as filters and bags, damage caused by improper use, missing maintenance (e.g. a filter not replaced) or unauthorised repairs.
How to make a claim
Write to info@ulka-global.com with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo or video. We will reply within one business day and arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
Keep your dust collector working
- Shake out the filter after every third client
- Rinse washable filters only under running water
- Replace the HEPA filter about every 3 months
- Wash reusable bags after 4–6 clients and replace every 3–4 months
