Withdraw from contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We email you a confirmation straight away.

Please send the goods back within 14 days. We refund your payment, including the standard delivery fee, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may hold the refund until the goods are back with us.

Purchases made as a business are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.
